Frames are supplied in a kit form which includes the frame stiles and frame head along with appropriately sized spreader bars. The stiles are pre fitted with rubber buffers (non rated frames only), hinges (welded hinge or screw fixed hinge backing plate) and strikes as required. Knock Down frames require assembly on site.
For regional and international locations, Knock Down frames substantially reduce the m3 requirement for transport as opposed to factory assembled frames.
For transport interstate or internationally, Knock Down frames are the recommended assembly method as this minimizes the chance of damage in transit as the frames can be suitably pallet packed and strapped.
