Taylors Doors manufactures Maxi Single and Double Leaf Hinged Fire Resistant doors with Mullion Frames utilizing a vermiculite core (TVC40) which is stable and contains no asbestos or mineral fibres.

Maxi Fire Resistant doors are edged with an internal (nominal) 10mm solid timber edge rail to all four (4) sides with a selection of door facings dependent on the finish required and/or fire rating required.
Our standard range of door facings include;
- Paint Grade Ply (sheet thickness 3.6mm)
- Duracote Tempered Hardboard (sheet thickness 3.2mm)
The core used in the manufacture of our Maxi Fire Resistant doors is 38.5mm thick.
Dependent on the facing required the finish thickness of the Maxi Fire Resistant door will vary.
